Wife and I stopped for the night in Macon, GA coming home from KY. My wife usually gets a hit mocha and I get a hot while chocolate mocha. Their espresso machine wasn't working that day, so didn't get the mochas. Got the wife a regular coffee and got back on the road. The service was good and the baristas were very nice and friendly

Jaelyn and Jenn are the best baristas! They make you feel special when you need a afternoon pick me up! I got a grande ice caramel latte! It was so good!

I am new at drinking coffee. Only about a month now.The staff have been excellent, 5⭐️’a for all of them, except the supervisor Monia. I forgot to tell them I wanted ice. You would have thought I ruined her whole entire day because I wanted ice in my coffee. I apologized 4x as she huffed and puffed and slung things around. She made me feel terrible. Normally I wouldn’t put up with someone treating me like that, but I guess yesterday was different. I couldn’t even make it to the car before my tears started flowing. I sat in the car sobbing, not even wanting my coffee any more. I prayed for her because I thought maybe she was just having a bad day, then told others and they already knew who I was talking about. They say she’s been raising havoc for years! Why do people that act like this get to be in charge? Make it make sense! If I was her boss, I would have fired her on the spot! She’s not a nice person and doesn’t need to be in customer service.

Another great location to pick up my coffee. They make it the same way every time. The staff are friendly and courteous. I go out of my way to come to this location because they make great coffee. The Starbucks on hwy 96 does not make the coffee the same way. It's like playing Russian roulette and I'm not in the mood for subpar service.

What I love about this Starbucks is that I can always ask them for suggestions based on what I think I want and they always give me something new and delicious that pleasantly surprises me. I can always get my go to favorite or my old reliable here. Always great service.
